About Our Guest:

When Dr. Tracy Gapin was 9 years old, he traced the flow of blood through the heart in a science class and felt instantly fascinated, not just by how the body worked, but by the idea that he could one day help others stay strong, resilient, and fully alive.

He earned his medical degree at UT Southwestern in Dallas and completed a residency at the University of Florida. He chose urology because it brought together surgical precision and men’s health. He saw it as a way to support men through vulnerable, high-stakes moments and help them reclaim their confidence and quality of life.

Around 2010, he felt stuck in a system that rewarded volume over value. The long hours, hospital bureaucracy, and lack of freedom began to take their toll. Tracy wanted more, not only for himself, but also for his patients and his family.

So he did what he always does, and went all in. For nearly 10 years, he learned everything he could from the best experts in the world about business, longevity, performance, and functional health. Then, in 2018, while still at his urology practice, he founded the Gapin Institute to redefine what healthcare could look like. He merged precision medicine, diagnostics, and performance optimization into an integrated model to help people live and lead at their highest level.
