About Jessica Sigmund:

When Jessica Sigmund thinks about real estate, the first words that come to mind aren’t “appraisal,” “closing cost,” or ” adjustable-rate mortgage.” For her, the most important element of real estate is the “human element”. It’s what first sparked her passion for real estate when she was a young girl marveling at the inherent beauty and architecture of homes she saw daily. It’s what incentivized her to join her aunt’s management company, DeLaurentis Management, and work her way up the ranks, learning every component of the industry, until she eventually became a real estate agent. And it’s what makes her a known, loved, and trusted agent who was honored with the Rookie of the Year award in 2018.

One of the most important reasons that home buyers and sellers alike rely on Jessica is because, beyond her knowledge, integrity, sincerity, and business acumen, her top priority is understanding and delivering on her client’s needs. Many individuals enter the extremely overwhelming process of home buying with a dream home and have no idea how to find it. Jessica’s steady commitment to learning every aspect of her client’s goals and her poise under pressure make the experience enjoyable and seamless. Most of all, Jessica’s passion for Real Estate is surpassed only by her desire to help others, because she values the trust her clients place in her to guide them through one of the most important decisions of their lives. She avails herself to clients at any time, ensures that the lines of communication are open and consistent, and offers patience and attentive guidance throughout the process.

About Julie Harnik:

My passion is helping professionals maximize their potential so that their work (and life!) can be mentally, emotionally and financially fulfilling. I work with individuals, teams and organizations ready to make the inner and outer shifts necessary to propel themselves forward. My ultimate thrill is helping you to make that pivot you’ve only allowed yourself to dream about, or finding the confidence to excel where you are.

Throughout my career, I had found myself in the midst of many leaps. Be it leaping up the ladder, being promoted to Vice President prior to the age of 30. Be it leaping forward in a 15-year career on the cutting-edge of the media, marketing and tech industries working on first-ever initiatives in digital advertising and content marketing with brands such as Procter & Gamble, Disney, the US Olympic Committee, NASCAR and NBC – I even worked with Kermit the Frog!

Throughout these leaps, I consistently found myself either burnt out or bored, with little in between. I looked around one day and thought two things:

~How am I already one of the oldest people in the room?

~Is this going to be enough, for me, for the rest of my career?

It was then that I took a step back and took inventory of what I loved to do – leading others, managing people, creating culture and building experiences – that plus a deep desire to work for myself led me to realize it was time for my biggest leap yet.

And I haven’t looked back since.

Life is way too short not to do the work you love.

I launched my coaching practice because transformational conversations have always been a part of my DNA and I want to spend my time doing what I love – helping others create a career and a life they love. For some, this may mean it’s time to leap into something new. For others, this may mean that it’s time to get more grounded and confident where you have already landed.

One of my favorite things to say – to my clients, to my friends and to myself – is that it is possible to make work work for us. If this sounds like something you want, let’s talk!
